I have a problem with my XH A1. I try to connect my camcorder to my Imac and capture to FCP. But when i plug in my Firewire to the camcorder, the "HDV/DV in" starts flashing, and I cant capture in FCP. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I wouldn't call this a 'film' as such, but just some scenes blocked out with my brother and I to test my new SG Blade, and also to practice lighting(only with work lights though), editing, exporting, etc. It was tricky as there were only the two of us, but I'm pretty happy with what we achieved. I had some troubles with the colours while exporting and had to tweak the brightness and contrast to compensate as a quick fix until I can solve the real problem. As a result, the image isn't quite what it should be, there are some parts that are just too bright, but it's close. There's also one shot in particularly that I'm really not happy with, which I'm sure you'll notice, but yeah, it's just testing stuff out, so i'm not too worried. :)
